Who can claim compensation for a delayed or cancelled flight ?

Anyone who has taken a flight departing from or arriving in the European Union, or operated by a European airline, may be eligible for compensation in case of a delay of more than 3 hours, cancellation, or denied boarding, according to European Regulation EC 261/2004.

What documents do you need to provide ?

In general, a proof of booking or a boarding pass is sufficient. If you have an e-ticket or a confirmation email, that's perfect. Our team can also assist you if you no longer have these documents.
